In the current tough economic climate everyone is looking to cut costs.

  • Current sales assumed at________________R100,000
  1. Increase Prices by 10%__________________R10,000
  2. Increase customers by 10%_______________R10,000
  3. Increase frequency of purchase by 10%_______R10,000

TOTAL INCREASE________________________R30,000 = 30%

I bet you thought you needed to increase customers by 30% – this is too overwhelming. Doing it this way, is far more palatable and attainable.
